Store Policy – O&X New York Shipping We offer domestic and international shipping via trusted carriers.

 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

 

Delivery times vary by destination. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. O&X New York is not responsible for delays due to customs or courier service disruptions.

 

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@oandxnyc.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.

 

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email support@oandxnyc.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Warranty All O&X New York eyewear is covered under a one-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use.

 

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear. To file a warranty claim, contact us with photos and proof of purchase.

 

Order Modifications & Cancellations Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Please email us as soon as possible to make changes.

 

Taxes & Duties Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within

 

New York and applicable U.S. states. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
